That Was the Week That Was: Sunday Evening Open Thread

I went to great lengths to avoid actually watching it, because I'm trying to keep my blood pressure down -- but I did take the time to watch this:

And I think that sums it up pretty well.

So, how was your week?

I'm watching the Stewart/ O'Reilly debate

a bit at a time as I can manage to sit up for it. I've been sick and just when I think I'm getting past it...BOOM! Down I go.Want to know the hideously unfair part? The kid that infected me was good as new in two days! I've been sick for four already and still feel like shit.

Anyways....here's the Rumble In The Air Conditioned Auditorium.

It probably wouldn't have been and might

be taken down, but many who paid their 4.95 had trouble with the streaming and didn't get to watch it live. If you go to YouTube the person who posted this asks that you go on and contribute if you didn't pay to see it, as half the proceeds go to charity. I've watched about a third so far and it's far more enjoyable than the other big debate this week.

actually I'm doing a whole bunch of work for the election. I crunch numbers and a couple of clients are really into this cycle. What's odd is working on a project, delivering it and then seeing the results at dKos that evening. I'm exhausted already and we have another month!

But as far as this race goes, Obama can blame himself if anything goes wrong. It's not up to me to save him. Do I sound bitter? I'm not, really, just more aware.

What's funny about the title of that video is that we assume the liar is Mittens and the man with no convictions is Obama. But it could be the other way around.
