damn... she will be missed... :(
Rest in peace,
dear dear heart.
RIP dear lady
you will be missed, and my heartfelt condolences to the family.
RIP Badabing
You were a great writer and took on a lot of orthodox nonsense out there in the face of much opposition and a good friend with a great sense of humor. You will be missed.
Farewell dear lady!
Am so sorry to hear this, my deepest condolences to her family and her loved ones. She will be missed sincerely!
With much sadness I say goodbye to Mrs. B.
She is missed.
Very sorry to hear this.
May she rest in peace.
great writer, great spirit. she is missed.
very sad news. terrific online presence. I imagine she was a true joy to know in the real world.
terrible news
She had courage, something we need more of.
I feel pretty much stopped cold by this.
I'll tell you what she had...
she had balls, and she would say, "you got that right, kiddo!" She was fun and feisty and could sometimes be exasperating and I adored her.
Rest in peace, Mrs. B.
I am so happy I got to know Mrs. B. She was fierce and fearless and--as triv33 noted above--sometimes exasperating. She was also a very kind and caring person. If you treated her with respect, she showed an unconditional positive regard that I so rarely see on the internet these days.
Goodbye, Badabing, you are loved and missed.
I'm very sorry to hear this. I never got to "know" her very
well, but the little I did, I so admired her. She was one smart courageous lady.
Dec. 3 was a big loss for The Truth.
I am truly gobsmacked at this news. I see that the memorial services won't be held until the summer. I hope we can all contribute our heart-felt appreciation of her at that time.
PS- thanks for the link to her last diary. I'm sure she has forgiven those who trespassed upon her in those comments. Still being of this world, I am having a hard time doing so myself...
This is sad sad news
When I think of her, I think of a person unafraid of being fully human in all the colors we humans exhibit. She focused on being her full self instead of trying to limit others. She bubbled over the brim with humanity, and this made me love her. She was a dear, generous on-line friend. Very sad.
Very well put, geomoo.
Mrs. B was Mrs. B. Very authentic and true to herself. She put it all out there and didn't hold back. At the same time, she was a very compassionate person. She was definitely one of a kind and I'll never forget her.
We'll miss her.
I don't think I knew anyone who was more passionate or fearless in fighting for what she believed in.

that's a great piece of music...
I hope you don't mind, I think I'll embed that here.
I think she'd love that.
I had the opportunity to meet her in the Spring
but our signals got mixed, I supposed. I hadn't heard from her awhile and messaged her over the summer to check in, and she was as full of love and vitality as always. Just re-reading our messages makes me cry. Badabing, you will be missed.
Dear Mrs B
You were a riot. I always loved your writing. RIP
She was one tough cookie
She never gave up her convictions and she fought like hell. She was an inspiration.
RIP.
Wish you were here...
I often wish that Bill Hicks hadn't succumbed to pancreatic cancer in the 90's, as we could sorely use his voice today. I wish Badabing hadn't succumbed to her illness, as we could sorely use her voice and activism today. That and her being an all-around wonderful person....
